Partnership Process
If you are providing services to care leavers, and are interested in applying to become a partner in our Launchpad for Adulthood program, please send a Letter of Interest to [email protected], describing your organization and outlining the proposed project and budget.
If we decide that the proposed project meets our strategic priorities, we will jointly execute a signed Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”), including certain required information.
You will then be requested to submit a grant proposal specifying the agreed-upon deliverables. Funds will be released once the Grant Agreement is signed. We fund grants on a rolling basis, for no more than a year at a time, though grants can be renewed.
